the Idea is nice but property buy/sell has always been unorganized because people like to hide their black money there. but if you can actually organize just the bank auction which are mostly white except for the bribes then its awesome

i could not clearly understand what you asking but here u go:

foreclosures have been there since ages but due to internet these days i am just listing all websites at one place for ease of access & AS AN IDEA

bribe may be expacted for india being india but even those are new waters for me so made this post so that whatver experiences can be shared for others to learn
