Bank of Baroda non maintenance charges

Bob has charged me 700 rs as non maintenance in tranches like 250,250 every month despite of zero balance available in account.
Is it allowed by rbi to make balance in negative by bank?
How can I remove the charges

No, as per RBI regulations, banks cannot charge you on a negative balance.
