Bank of Baroda User ID Locked, Unlock User ID Not Working

Hi everyone, I'm facing an issue with my Bank of Baroda user ID. It's been locked, and I've tried multiple times to unlock it using the online process but it's still showing as locked.

Does anyone have experience with this? Any advice on how to resolve this issue? Should I visit my branch directly?

I have this user ID locked issue since yesterday, but I tried unlocking again today, still no luck

You have to visit branch ASAP to unlock your user ID.

no did not try it, i only used the unlock ID option, also waited so 24 hours still got the same error
ill try that option

i tried resetting sign on and trasaction passwords but it doesn't let me.
it says i don't have the necessary permission to do this, contact bank.....

nah actually i am quite busy for a few days
and also kinda introverted, so i prefer staying at home and doing the work 😳
the branch is actually only 400m away from my house 😭
but if there is no other option then fine ill have to visit the branch
