From 01.09.2025, all exclusion on PoS and E-commerce transactions using BOI Debit Card have been removed.
Maximum 10,000 points per month can be accumulated by a customer having Debit Card or Credit Card under common customer ID or CIF.

Card-wise Bonus (RuPay Select Debit Card Only)	3 Point	Transaction value should be more than Rs.10,000/- per transaction Transaction should be done using RuPay Select Debit Card.

Don't register like that. Open BOI mobile (Or login via BOI Omni neo IB) --> My rewards. It'll log you in automatically since the rewards are tied to your CIF (Customer Information file) aka Customer ID.

Thank you for the tip. If I try via BOI Omni Neo Retail IB --> My rewards, I get the same login screen and the same error message "Please enter valid details"

New account can not access from there also until first points are credited which takes sweet time of 30-45 days sometimes. 🙂

If you go via BOI Omni neo IB --> My rewards, you get the same login screen and the same error message "Please enter valid details"

reward portal mapping takes approx. 1 month in case of BOI. Till then you will get same error

If its old account them mail them after doing eligible transaction (mostly after 15 days of such transaction),transaction means actual purchase with that debit card & not cc bill payment, because if you mail them they will ask you transaction details and if they found out its cc bill payment they straight away deny points rather than solving your accrual issue. Hope you get it.

no other way but try zavo once and check
also try different amounts at billdesk once i got success same way last time
