Banks and cards for Tap to Pay

Thought we should have a thread for quick reference about which banks and cards are supported in Tap to Pay/Contactless/NFC apps. We only have a handful of such apps: GPay, Samsung Pay, CRED. Paytm discontinued this functionality and other individual bank apps only support their own cards.



Highlighted in red are those banks/cards supported in Samsung Pay that GPay does not support and will probably never support

1 odd man out is AU Small Finance Bank credit card which CRED supports

Sadly IDFC cards don't work either

Cred doesn't support hdfc mastercard it seems, any documentation on cred tap to pay support?

You are right. Updated post with CRED's image from their website. Will update if they add more banks.

IDFC I've only found working for BharatQR and only via their app (not GPay). Not tap to pay yet in any app that I know 😞 Also RuPay should get their act together. Their tap to fake is fake, their idea is tap somewhere inside the UI 😆🤣

My Indusind Indie Visa Signature Debit card and ICICI MMT Mastercard card do not support Gpay NFC.
