Base rewards using Platinum travel on BBPS portals SBI unipay or Canara setu

I have recently got the Amex Platinum Travel card and looking to make HDFC insurance payment of 1.2L, will I get base rewards if I pay via BBPS portals like Canara setu or Sbi unipay instead of HDFC portal
