Best Airline Transfer Program for the Middle East

I was planning a trip to Dubai.
I think Qatar, Emirates and Eithad are some good carriers that operate.

Is there a good transfer and redemption program that can help me get a good discount on any class (economy/premium eco/business/first)?
I checked the redemption prices for Emirates, which were much more expensive than the regular cash bookings.

Why would you want to redeem your points for Dubai flight when the revenue ticket is available at a cheap price? You can usually get return economy around 30k per person. Redemption for this section is just waste of points in my opinion. But it is your points so your choice.

was just asking incase there was a better way to get business/first class using points at a steal deal.
I do understand that this is not the perfect sector for redeeming points.

Then here are the options:
1. Etihad - 14k miles + 6k taxes
2. Air India via Aeroplan - 12.5 miles + 5k taxes
3. Emirates - 20k miles + 6k taxes

These are saver flights and the requirement might change on dates.
