Best airmile transfer partner?

Since I hold a Magnus card, I've some airmiles I can transfer into. Which airline partner gives the best airmile to flight ratio? I usually transfer my Airmiles to club vistara but it's airmile price is generally more than the cash price. For example it's economy ticket costs 7500 CV Points from Delhi to Bangalore. Premium economy is north of 10k. And also considering Vistara is getting merged with Air India next year, who knows what will happen to all users' CV points?

Is there any other Airline partner who gives better value for Airmiles.

PS: I also hold Axis Vistara signature card but I rarely use it since I got magnus, So I've club vistara silver membership but I don't think it has any relation with airmile pricing. All users get the same CV Point price as far as I know.

Vistara is giving 30% bonus points for transfer in this month. For domestic, Spicejet is another option. Or else, United for booking Air India. Both will give worse redemption values than Vistara.
