Best bank for outward remittance?

I'm searching for the best bank for outward remittance which costs reasonable remittance fees.
Use case:
I want to start investing in US ETFs soon using IBKR, haven't planned to do SIPs. I think a lump sum would be perfect to save the remittance fee.
