Best Card after Magnus 1L Spend

My monthly expense is close to 1.7-1.8L. I already have Magnus (FYF) , Atlas (5000/Y) and Regalia (Obvoisly LTF)
I will use magnus till 1L spends after that. The thing is my son will spend on international transactions around 70k-1L per month. I remember seeing some cards giving 0% transaction charge on international payments. I guess it was infinia

So my main requirement is an International Reward card. Which will give rewards on international payments too. (if there is any in first place)
Tell me which is the best one my credit score is - 780+ average across cibil experian

Guys as i see. Reserve is a good option. and also the amex one. But can someone explain me the forex markup fee? is it extra amount in simple words?. Basically if my son spends 70k.. Forex charge 1.5% which will total the amount to = 1050rs extra am I correct.?
Also according to 2X reward on international spends. It will lead to 30 Points per 200. Which is 70000/200 = 350x30 = 10500 RP = 8400 Miles.
I find Reserve a better option till axis transfer program has 5:4 ratio. as joining fees will come back as a bit less miles that's it. whereas amex gives hotel vouchers which really ain't use for me

For a spend of 70k to 1 lakh forex transaction per month
No card will give better value than Reserve
2% forex markup and 2x ER

Wrong 1.5% for Reserve
