Best card for bulk insurance premium payments

Hi everyone

New here. I need to make some business payments of insurance premium about Rs.20 lacs per month. I mostly use amex corporate platinum and they give me 1% rp. How can I maximise the benefits? I can also avail a premium personal card or 2 to split the spends to maximise rewards or another corporate card that gives a better value.

Help me out with suggestions please.
