Best card for taking out some amount

Hii, i gotta close a loan going short by exact 1.5 lakhs. Can easily close next month but don't want to pay bank more 17000rs interest.
I am anyway going to take money out from it. So i was just here to know if there is any working method for taking out and the points also credited. So ya already doing so thought why not check and do experiment. It will help others too .
I have - Magnus, atlas, regalia, reserve, SBI (don't know variant it is very old), citi rewards

Well magnus do give you opportunity to Cash withdrawal [free of cost] but no RP
i dont know any other card who give Cash withdrawal with no cost

Depends on your profession
eg doctor [in my case] daily get call from bajaj finance for loan with no interest or cost for 60 days, you can take and close it
