Best card to pay Govt payment?

I got 3.8lk to be paid in stamp duty charges.

Would really prefer to pay via Magnus, but Axis wont give points...unless there is an alt?

Otherwise any other card suggestion?

I do have IDFC Vistaraa card, but Idont know if that gives points or not.

whether AMEX does give points for govt transaction?
If not, then also if you use platinum Travel, you will get milestone benefit (that is sure)

lndusind credit cards provide minimal RPs (0.7RP/Rs.100) for govt. spends.
As your spend amount is hefty, so something is better than nothing.

IDFC Wealth also gives but 0.5%
same for IDFC power+
I think ICICI sappario also gives
