Best cards for paying Advance tax: Sept 2023

I usually pay advance tax every month, currently holding Axis Magnus ( with Burgundy ) + HDFC DCB ( aiming for Infinia soon ). with magnus preventing ERs on govt. transaction and HDFC not paying any from the very start. I am looking for other options.

With some light research i found out amex plat travels considers any payments for 4L milestone , But was not able to find & confirm any PG which lets you pay with amex ( please confirm if any )

Is this thread updated regularly coz nowadays cards are getting devalued at the blink of an eye ?
Also If someone could suggest the best alternative among AU LIT (with 2% cb and 10x RPs feature activated) or IDFC Select CC (with 10x RPs) or Flipkart Axis card (if it still give 1% RPs for this segment)?
Have to pay 40k Advance Tax.

Yup, received both cb and RPs using AU LIT
