SBI Cashback Card is the best CC for NPS investment as of now.

Buy Zingoy Rupay Gift Card {Considered as DB Card}

=(1.5% charges/ 5% CB)
= 3.5% CB + (1% CB for HDFC DB)
= NET 4.5% CB or 3.5% CB

Let me know if any other CCs are there which are providing better cb/rewards...

I think prepaid cards are allowed,

Edit : Prepaid cards are not allowed but one can add money in Amazon Pay (if wallet load via Rupay Prepaid Card on Amazon is allowed) and then Pay by Amazon Pay Wallet UPI

I used PNB Rupay credit card through BHIM UPI. No extra charges but ofcourse PNB had no clarity on rewards for UPI usage.
