Best interest rates on car loan?

Hello Guys,
Hope all you are doing good.
I need a car loan around 15 Lac for 4 year as I am planning to buy a new car.
Can anyone suggest best bank for car loan with lowest interest rates ?
My primary requirement is to avoid prepayment/ foreclosure charge.
Lowest processing fee and lowest interest rate.

Guys need some clarification with regards to car loan, if the loan was disbursed on say 15th of a month and the set emi date is of 10th from next month, so in that case, bank would charge interest for the period between 15th to 10th apart from scheduled emi payment as this interest payment has increased the principal amount by proportionate amount?
I have recently been charged interest amount for such a period. Is this normal and how it is supposed to be? Pls enlighten.
