Kotak Myntra (Rupay Select)
They haven't started issuing Rupay version of it, but they will start issuing soon. You will get 1.25% cashback and milestone benefits. It has good airport lounge list, it covers almost all airport lounges. Rupay Select benefits will be cherry on the cake.

Currently they are only providing IOCL, League but If they start providing zen rupay variant it would be worth it.

499 +taxes but waived off on annual spends of some amount do not remember the exact amount

All banks will eventually implement this as MDR is only charged for Tx >2000
I have seen this condition in some other banks too, can't remember exactly.
