If you are looking for unconditional LTF card then Amazon pay ICICI is the best.
However there are some other cards which can be made LTF based on relationship. Recently people have got Regalia Gold as LTF.

unconditional :
1. Amazon pay ICICI
2. Federal Celesta till July 21st
3. AU IXIGO limited period offer
4. Swiggy HDFC - if u get LTF offer
Conditional:
1. IndusInd Pinnacle - Spend 50kin 3 months and 5k JF will be waived off (only for NTB customers)
2. ICICI Sapphiro - Alumni offer
3. ICICI MMT Signature - JF of 2500+18% GST No AF
The above cards are somewhat useful
There is a lengthy list of cards, In my opinion They r not useful if u wish u can consider them as well.
Besides this You can get any other paid card as LTF if you have good relationship with bank or if you have pre-Approved offer or On request basis.

Get paid card as FYF, use for a year and see whether annual fee compensated with the benefits it offered.
If not useful, switch/upgrade/downgarde to another card in the same bank either FYF or equal points for fee paid and continue another year and see whether annual fee of new card compensated with the benefits it offered.
If not, close them and move to another bank. Taking paid card help you manage cards properly and avoid unnessary cards in one's own wallet (which are not beneficial, doesn't attract better spends due to low rewards, doesn't improve relationship with bank for better upgrades due to low spends).
