Best payment mode for Apartment maintenance payment on Paytm

Hello everyone. I pay my apartment's maintenance and electricity bill through the Apartment feature on Paytm. What is best mode of payment here to get maximum valueback?

No idea about rent & apartment maintenance ( atlas was giving but there is hype for devaluation. Idk if they still giving reward on rent pay till 50k )
Use cc rupay if they have scan option.
For apartment so much devaluation happened since this is old . So just take idea not at actual value .

If u can pay using upi ( maintaince) . U can pay directly.

Even moneyback for spend based benefits

Ltf days are subject to offer.
There was trick to pose yourself as tata employee. ( Shady but works) .

If u use upi extensively . U can take infinity.
