Best platform to pay credit card bill with RBL Signature+ Debit card other than Mobiwik or PayTM

Hello,

Can anyone suggest a good platform where I can use my RBL Signature+ debit card to pay my credit card bills?

Mobiwik is charging 1% fees and on Paytm I am getting and error - "Maximum limit reached for transaction with this card type" (not sure what is the limit for debit card transactions on PayTM)

On which platform. Will I get rewards. Points on bill payments if I have rbl signture card and rbl enterprise cards?
