Best redemption value for HDFC BizBlack points

Hi, I've been using the HDFC BizBlack Card for a couple of months now. Just wanted to confirm as to where will I get more value for my reward points, booking flights through MyBiz MMT at 1RP = Re.1 or converting points into Air India Airmiles.

Does MMT MyBiz give better rates than smartbuy?
I regularly redeem my points by booking flights through smartbuy, but it's capped at 70%.
