Best route for HDFC BIZ BLACK UPGRADE

Hi everyone, I had HDFC Regalia Gold and Tata Neu Infinity card with 5.2 lacs shared limit. I was planning for applying for HDFC BIZ BLACK CC. I have an ITR of 30lacs.
My question is whether I should apply as a Floater to Regalia Gold CC or an upgrade? Which offers more chances of approval.
Also is there any spend critera before applying for BizBlack.

Best would be to consult RM or BM. If he/she is intelligent, will get approval both way easily.
