Best Salary Account Benefits for 3L+ pm Range

I am not much of a spender
I can barely jeet fee waiver milestones for entry/mid range cards
So not looking for paid cards coz ti won't be utilising them much
Sure. You can also look for targetted CCs meeting your lifestyle.
e.g. If you have Airtel & pay utility bills online, then Airtel Axis Bank CC (even though 500 + GST annual fees) gives rewards. e.g. I earn monthly 500 cashback from it (250 on Airtel Broadband on bill of 1000+ and 250 on electricity bill of 2500+) and any extra on swiggy/zomato is a 10% bonus. So if you are earning 12 x 500 = 6000+ cashback on your basic necessities, then paying 500+GST is worth it.
Similarly experts here can suggest you many CCs suited for your needs. Sorry don't want to digress much, since your main query is anyways on best salary account.

Can you please let me know which salary account is best for 3L PM? Recently changed job.

Currently having SBI. Not much useful.

Mainly looking for premium debit and credit cards.

I guess there are only two "premium" offerings here:
- HSBC Premier
- Axis Burgundy

Axis Burgundy DC has generous B1G1 movie offers, and you get a decent number of lounge access as well (at a nominal spend of 5K per quarter on the debit card). I am myself exploring this, my in-hand is slightly lower than 3L, but probably my employer has a tie-up so Axis is offering Burgundy pre-approved. It will also make you eligible for Magnus Burgundy CC, and you can get it when you feel like a need for it.

I also explored HSBC Premier earlier this year, before they did a revaluation of their cards. They were offering premier account to me at that time even though my in hand was slightly lower than 3L (offline process, HSBC reps were at my office). I did not go for it at that time (wasn't interested in premier CC, already had better cards), and later when I expressed interest they were like no longer possible, not even at 2.99L. Recently hearing the salary criteria is going to become 3.5L in hand next year. Issue is that even if this account is opened, many people have posted on this forum that HSBC is denying premier CC citing weird reasons. The experience varies, so if you can get it probably worth a try. Premier CC is a pretty good card right now, and devaluations are less likely for sometime atleast.

HSBC charges joining fees for Premier CC even if you have HSBC Premier salary account. Annual fees will be waived off as long as you are HSBC Premier banking customer.

Burgundy is getting offered for most of the corporate with 2l+ salary. No 3l minimum salary criteria is not kind of strictly followed.
