Which one is the best and why ??

It really depends on the use case. Amex Platinum's benefits cannot be quantified in terms of cashback. Between the rest of the cards, Infinia is the best jack of all trades. Again, think of it like, "what is the best CC for jetesh and his spending pattern". Best card for you might not be the best card for somebody else, let alone the entire India.

So It depends on the use case.
HDFC Infinia - invite only card. If you are getting it, take it as it will mork in mostly all use cases.
Prestige - rarely issued and that too depends on your Citibank relationship.
Amex Plat charge - Its a different card altogether. Nothing in terms of direct rewards/cashbacks but if you are into lifestyle travel, nothing beats it. You get enrolled to gold status in Bonvoy/Hilton etc. which will help you reap the benefits .
