Best Vendors for Buying Forex Cash with a Credit Card?

I am trying to purchase Euros worth INR 60,000 using my Amex Platinum travel card to reach my milestones.

I have noticed that BookMyForex and Thomas Cook accept credit cards, but BookMyForex charges an additional 2.5% for card transactions, and Thomas Cook is already 3% more expensive than BookMyForex. In both these options, I am getting 650 euros for around INR 62k.

Can anyone recommend cheaper vendors where I can use my credit card for this transaction?

does amex platinum travel give mr points on wallet reload? if yes then you can reload your mobikwik wallet and pay via wallet upi, there are many good vendors in delhi ncr which takes only bank transfer/upi but no direct credit card.

Yes, Amex gives points on wallet reload. However, MobiKwik charges 2.5% extra same as Bookmyforex. So it does not make sense.
