Best way to book hotels/resorts in Goa using rewards

Hey, I have Axis edge points, CV points and points lying in my Diners Black account. What are best resorts that can be booked on points? I checked Marriot Bonvoy but it has a very high conversion ratio compared to others properties in other cities. Even IHG - Holiday Inn resorts have high conversions relatively. What are my other options? I was thinking maybe ITC. Are there any other ways to book it using points? I am aware of Diners Rewards redemption for 70% but the prices are bloated on it.
