Either the buyer or the seller is expected to have RML Group membership.

Valid point. This is to reduce the scams here and to increase safe trades with verified accounts here. Even between two RML Group members, a trade can go wrong (without a human mistake, but due to technical or other reasons) that may end up to be perceived as a scam.
