PP India and PP International unlimited free access -> HDFC Infinia and Citi Prestige
PP Intl only Unlimited -> Axis magnus, Axis reserve, Amex Plat
Dreamfolks unlimited -> Sbi Aurum, ICICI Emeralde
Dragon Pass -> No card avl
LoungeKey unlimited -> Indusind crest and Pioneer heritage
Diners Club unlimited-> HDFC Diners Club Black
If going by the criteria of access to most number of lounges worldwide Amex platinum charge card wins by a huge margin considering unlimited access to:
- The Centurion® Lounge
- American Express Lounges
- Priority Pass™ Lounges
- Delta Sky Club® Lounges when flying Delta
- Escape Lounges
- Domestic Partner Lounges in India
Get these memberships with a credit card mentioned above, also multiple cards are there which provides limited PP/LK/DF access
Also some of the cards above might have an intl lounge access on a given membership abroad but provide unlimited lounge access in india through Card swipe.

IDFC Wealth doesn't provide unlimited access. Even top of the line IDFC Private CC doesn't!
