Is it flat 2% on any UPI transaction or does it have any minimal amount criteria in a transaction?
On KIWI app 1 kiwi point is gained on transaction of 50/- or above .. if it is less than 50/- no points.

Rupay CC like Tata Neu Infinity Requires you to use Tata Neu app to scan & pay to get max Value Back but for small payments you can use UPI Apps like Navi, Super.money etc.
Otherwise, if you can have other Rupay CC provided by Fintech like Kiwi Yes Bank, Jupiter CSB etc. then you would need to use their apps for max value back.
For everyother Rupay CC I would recommend using combination of UPI apps like Navi, Super.money, Kiwi, CRED etc. they give few Cashbacks here and there.

Try sbi dc with few hundreds. I could not see exclusion for this.
Although IDFC and IndusInd mentioned exclusion on wallet load, it depends on amazon's mcc on add money, have not tried though in recent past.
Yeah.. SBI DC is fine, but reward rate is way too low.. No other DC gives reward points, assuming MCC is of wallet loads
Portfolio is a big word for me.. haha.. I only use HDFC Rupay CC linked to Google Pay..

It's a 2 way fight between best rupay card and best rewarding card for offline swipe.
If you just want to go with it, any card should be fine.
As long as the amount is not huge, 1% difference won't make any difference.
Many times when you do a transaction for 70-80 rs, you will get nothing, whichever card we use.
