Best way to raise credit card close request to Axis bank?

I've decided to close my Flipkart Axis bank credit card. I wants to know the best way to raise the request, so that I can get call from retention team and might able to negotiate LTF offer.

Raised request few days ago to PNO for closure and they gave me 2500 edge reward points, which I already used. But now decided to close the card unless provided LTF offer, which is highly unlikely.

Just to clarify- You directly wrote to PNO to cancel the card, without even contacting the customer care (via call or email)?

First contacted Nodal Officer for getting LTF offer, they refused, then emailed PNO and they also refused. Mailed them to close the card then they called back and agree to give 2500 edge points. Now I'm thinking I don't have real utility of this card, so decided to close it.

Call axis customer care and tell them you want to raise a closure request with any further discussion on card features etc . They will take the request and forward it to backend team .

As a formality backend team will call you to explain the basic features , you just tell them I am not interested in negotiating , they will close your card right on call and you will get NDC from bank in 10 working days.
