Best way to redeem ICICI reward point?

This is the first time I shall be redeeming reward points after they changed payback points into ICICI points. I have accumulated around 5000 points. If I buy a 1000 rs amazon voucher, I have to pay 117 RS. Is there a better option? I can't wait for more points as my current points will start expiring.
