Best way to upgrade from Regalia LTF or Neu Infinity LTF to INFINIA

Hi,

I have Regalia LTF and Neu Infinity LTF with shared limit in excess of 12 lakhs. I need suggestions on the below doubts

1. I'm looking to take Spend + Limit route for Infinia upgrade. Most of spends are GST payments and Microsoft subscription. Can I just use these two payments for 7.5 lakhs in 6 months and request for upgrade to Infinia? Will they consider it?

2. Out of these two cards which is best for the above two payments? I guess both cards do not give rewards but can I use Neu infinity card to pay GST via BHIM upi? Are the charges same in normal cc route and upi cc route?


3. is it better to spend all in Regalia or Neu Infinity card?

As many of you know, I was planning to send for Infinia Upgrade request in Jan 1st week. I sent it on January 1st to Priority Redressal and ydy late night, received the rejection mail from grievance redressal with same vague reasons of internal parameters. I had spent 11 Lakhs in last 6 months and have a Credit Limit of 8L+.

I have written a very strong reply to them mentioning the below points:
- Asked the reason of rejection, since Official criteria has been confirmed by HDFC officials, and only then I spent the required amount... attached their 3 upgrade conditions screenshot.

Yes it should be considered

I hope you mean 8L milestone if you have Regalia (Regalia gives bonus rps on 8L milestone and Regalia Gold gives 5k flight Voucher on 7.5L spends)
