you can go for grabdeals as well but you wont get 10% instant discount

intermiles is also a reward points system usable for vouchers redemption based on status and flight booking or redemption against them

you would receive 1200 instant discount but for that 1k try to buy gvs from websites like gyftr,hubble,wohoo wherever you get a good discount for the remaining 1k

Default discount on myntra gv is reduced to 2-3% these days (excluding any cc specific multiplier)

Yes, gv are only useful if you can get them at higher discount (by having higher rewarding card and/or exceptionally if gv are listed at higher discount) than bank discount

Also gv can provide benefits for order amount above max txn capping amount for partial payment
Eg. for order of 15000 where bank discount is 10% max upto 1000 then pay 5000 partially via gv bought at some discount and 9k via card
