BHARAT NXT failed - One Card amt deducted

Today mng around 8 am,i used bhart NXT app for credit card to bank transfer

I m using one card.Everything went smooth I entered CVV then OTP and amount debited msg came from one card

But in BharatNxt transaction shown as failed

I did 5000₹ transaction

Anyone faced similar issue previously
what is solution ?

Onecard rewards rate is just 0.1% or 0.2% na ? ? Uske liye itni mahenat. 😕😕

No idea but i think you will get refund.

No it's 1% cashback (top 2 categories 5x)

For 5000₹ i get 1% on card
and paying same CC bill i get again 1% xtra net 2% ROI😅

Currently i have only 3 cards bro
One card(FD 20k)
Paisa step up (FD 5k it's waste card will close soon)
Hdfc Moneyback+ (40k 1st unsecured got it last month only 😍)

You will get refund.... And sometimes they give... Bonus nxt points... If u dont get refund automatically....

Yes bro today i contacted through whatsapp support

They told issue at bank and transaction is failed

For refund they mentioned 5-7 working days

Did you face same issue before and how many days it took for refund in your credit card statement?

let's see my case

Worst part was I again did 3000₹ transaction in one card using Bharat NXt and transaction failed again but amount deducted frm one card 😭😭

No it will be reversed mostly.... If they track it correctly
