Bill Amount has been tempered -- SBI Unipay

I am trying to pay my Axis card bill which is upwards of 10L. If I do not bring the amount to less than 10L the error message is as follows "Pay amount can not be more than Rs.999999 for this biller.". If I change the amount to 7L or any other amount, then the error message is "Bill Amount has been tempered".

Does this mean we cannot make partial payment using unipay?

I have paid partially using Unipay.
Which card are you using to pay the bill?
Using Unipay you can pay 9,99,999 max for a single biller not more than that.

Try using Airtel, pay in small amounts like max 1L in a single transaction.

Try different platforms. Canara Setu, jiofinance, indmoney, etc

You can pay 1L from any other platform to bring the OS amt < 10L and let it settle..

Then pay the remaining amount from Unipay..

Pay some amount using other apps & bring the outstanding amount under 10L then try to proceed with sbi Unipay

You can use IDFC debit card on Airtel application

I don't know the mcc but I got IDFC debit card reward points for paying credit card bill on Airtel app. You can try will small amount first if you want to check.

Did you try canara setu? Maybe it will allow you to fetch and you can make a partial payment of 2-3L to bring it down so it becomes less than 10L.. canara setu also gives 2.5% of idfc dc.

Don't take risk & pay via axis bank own portal, if you pay cc bill via multiple txns of lakh+ through 3rd party platforms then risk of txn failure/bank acc flagged etc. Not worth all this hassle.

That isn't applicable here cause he couldn't get into debit card detail and then OTP.. and dc get flagged not account plus 3rd party platform once again it wrong cause it get processed through BBPS, it the MCC and 2.5% that user is afterward through axis own portal he won't get anything in return.

@sangalaviral pay via canara setu never saw a single trnx failed till now, even it fail it will refund but it seem it could take 1-2 weeks, and pay always on working day and during day time cause less chance of any downtime. you can always pay less than of total amount due. plus rp get credited on idfc through canara setu in some 14 working days or less.

yeah i brought a car but i didn't got a chance to swipe for more than 25k.
