hey there if there are no such specific spends on credit card other than (12000 on rail, once a year international flight round trip (not business) and international hotel for 4-5 days (leisure trip)) . which card shall i choose. i am not able to see differences in card as such
offered both by cerdit card person at my branch

are business diners card accepted easily by local offline?
generally some shop like AC and buying card ask extra for cerdit card transactions. wil they ask more extra if its diners/business or both card?

If you're using it for personal use, go for Diners Club Black so that you're able to avail merchant offers from which business cards are excluded (like 10% discount on Amazon). Go for Biz Black if it's for business use.
