Biz groww ltf pre approved

I m getting ltf biz groww offer in hdfc with 1.48lac limit and 3250rs Amazon voucher.
But I don't have any business ,
My account is 6 months old and I selected student in occupation.
Should I take the card now? Can I upgrade it to any other personal credit card in future?

If you don't really have a need for this card , just wait for few more months, you most likely will get the cards you need, rather than getting this card and going thru the hassle of converting this cars to a more mainstream core card..
So in a nutshell, just sit out and don't take this offer..

Say in 3 months time roughly.. they do refresh offers regularly but we can't predict the time frames accurately
