Axis Magnus BMS offer not working (Solved)

I am trying since morning to book movie tickets using B1G1 offer on bookmyshow using Axis Magnus card.

But I am getting below error.


Can you guys please check on your Magnus and tell me if it problem with everyone or just me?

I don’t understand what is difference? 1+1 or 2+2 or 5+5 all work isn’t it?

I was trying to say I only had 2/5 ticket left in the quota and I needed to book 4 tickets. So 2+2.

ok I didnt know that we can book 10 tickets in one go and get 5 free, we don't have to book 1+1 five times.

Yes, I have booked 8 tickets at one go and got the 4+4 on them. So I definitely think that it'll also work for 5+5.
