Issue Resolved BOB 2 application at same time. Processing query

Hi All.


I applied for BOB Premier Card LTF on 2nd May 2024. On 4th may I got mail that my application is on hold as some documents required. I reverted to that mail immediately on same day.
About 1 month later the application status still say the same. On hold, document required. In this one month I dropped many mails to all available mail id, reached through x also but nothing worked

So out of patience tried to apply again on 4th June 2024. But as application for core cc was there it showed only co branded Cards this time and all were paid. Chose IRTCTC one.

But was considering application will get processed as per dates. But BOB surprised me. On 26th June I got message of approval of IRCTC Card.

I never wanted that one. My main focus was on Premiur LTF. I closed this IRTCC one on very next day as I don't wanted to pay JF

Will my other application of Premier LTF still get processed? Or it will get rejected as I alredy hold Card. Cause when I try to apply again it gives me error that you alredy hold one credit card, please wait for additional card offer.


Dropping mail to crm is useless from the experience till now. Any alternative way to get to know this?

With a card closure i mean irctc there should be some cooling period 3 or 6 months else chances are there for rejection

My application got approved after 2 months and in between I followed with CRM mail in the second month continuously.

They kept asking for some documents, which I sent.

Yes. Dropped hell lot of mails to crm. But i didn't got any reply till date. Not even after 5 days or 5 weeks.

Lets see what happens with the 2nd application which I really want to be processed.
