BOB add on card delivery and transaction query.

So I applied for BOB add on credit card and it got approved.

I want to know
1. on which address they deliver the add on card my office or residential.
2. The OTP and mail will be delivered to add on user mobile number or mine ?
3. The bill of add on user will be clubbed to mine or will be seperate ?
4. Will the add on user be able to create BOB app login via his/her credentials and view the card or it can only be done via my BOB app

1. The address to which they delivered the primary card.
2. Addon user mobile. Will get transaction alert and OTP on primary email as well. I am not getting any mail to addon email id. (This is my observation. I have Eterna with 3 addons).
3. One single bill with transactions listed as separate sections for each card.
4. No. Only primary holder can have the app.
