BOB addon card request rejected.

Its only given to blood relatives or legal relatives... Were their address different from urs...??

There was no option to upload address and yes I put my family details though there was no sign on those documents. Do I need to keep those documents then get signed and then click picture again and then upload?

if the address is same, it will go through. If the address is different, you will need to submit self-attested scanned copy.

You will have exact reject reason in bobfinanical service request section.

When I applied, one went through(same address) and one (with a different address) failed.

You need to self attest every documents.. Then only its valid... Try again with self attested documents
