is it just me or do u guys get calls from bob asking about credit card bills 6 days before the due date? i usually pay cc bills 3 days before due date//bob keeps calling daily even before 6 days to due date?

Never received a call from BoB regarding bill payment till date.

Same never recieved a call from any bank for repayment.

I always pay 1-2 weeks in advance, so never got it.

never happened with me. I usually pay 3-4 days before due date.

Did you spend over the sanctioned limit?
Cuz i once did and they called even before the statement generation date stating the amount to be paid by the sound of the guy look like call from recovery department

unless and until you have defaulted in the past they shouldnt call
they may send reminders through message and email regarding due date but thats it

Cuz i once did and they called even before the statement generation date stating the amount to be paid by the sound of the guy look like call from recovery department

i used up only around 30 percent of the credit limit..i dont think ,ine was from re3covery agent it was a women..my due date is 21st and funny thing is i paid the bill yesterday

Might be the women wanted to have some gossip with you...while you are getting surprised why they called lol

Nah.. Frustrated and asked everytime to stop calling - dont know what triggered but somehow they stopped calling

BOB behaves weird sometimes, Once for one transaction, I received call for verification after 4-5 days, normally verification should be done on the same day, and lady asked details like DOB, mothers name etc, I denied to give info on suspecting fraud call and she blocked my card which took almost 2-3 weeks and several mails and calls to re enable card

i raised a complaint lets see what reason they have...already spam calls are killing me now bob joins them to give me a headache

I never received a call from any Bank CC issuer until last month (i hold 15 cc) when my friend used my card for an EMI on my BOB card and the bill was generated. However, the transaction wasn't converted into an EMI, and I was asked to pay the full amount as per the statement. A few days later, the EMI amount got deducted and added to the statement. I contacted (BOB to inquire about this, and the lady on the call told me not to pay for some reason.

I received a call one day before the bill payment due date to enquiry when would i pay the bill of 37k and limit is 40k and I asked her if I would get cashback after 90 days on the emi transaction. She said she would call back, but I didn't receive any call, and on the due date, I couldn't connect with BOB Customer Service.

As a result, my friend paid the bill using Cred, and that's how things unfolded.

may be they called you as you where close to due date and wanted to make sure you are not going to default or may be it was just a payment reminder? 🤔

yes i think that is the case but its doesn't reflect good on them to call a customer who has never paid late in the last 3 years
