I am starting this discussion for someone who changes their primary card (lost/damaged). When primary card number changes, it does not reflect in rewards system. Hence, we can see points only in statement. The rewards display and withdrawal in app and netbanking won’t work and will show 0 points.
Does anyone have a fix for this? I asked BOB customer care many times and it is 2 months without any solution.
