BOB CARD STATEMENT.

Last month i received bob premiere card. I spend around 7k using that card . But I guess bob generates statement at 1 st of every month but i have not received any mail or message for my dues. Not received my statement also in netbanking the amount is showing as 0. Anyone have faced this issue? How can i get my statement? So i can pay my dues on time?

Pretty normal in case of BOB. Wait for 2-3 days you will get the statement on mail. Same for the dashboard, takes some days to update after 1st of month (BOB bill generation date). Have been facing since 1st month! 🤷‍♂️

Same here i did not get any update to pay with or zomato rbl no sms, atleast zomato rbl has the app. No app in case of bob, will need to keep an eye out for this cards bill


For bob i keep logging in to the portal.

The bill generation date is 1 of every month.... That is followed by bob.... But in actual you will get sms and mail regarding statement around 4-5 of every month... And at that time u will be able to see outstanding amount and minimum amount to be paid in dashboard....

I mean seriously what's up with bob , i know it may be too much to ask from a public bank but still. The Dashboard is just letting pay my pending amount.

Today is 5th no mails/bill generations from bob for payment nothing. When I go to postal and try to download the statement it says :-

Dear customer, Your Statement generation is in progress. Please try after some time. Sorry for the inconvenience.

It will happen gradually... I got mine in yesterday afternoon.... First you will get sms... U can download statement from the link given in sms... After 4-5 hours of that... The dashboard will be updated....

Well its normal with BOB Cards.. your statement generation is 1st of the month but you will receive your statement by mail from 5th to 8th of the month only.. seems BOB still run some manual procedure to generate the statements instead of automatic. Well, your due date will always be by 20th of the month so no need to go panic.. and whenevr your statement gets ready you will first get the SMS followed by email and then you can download it from dashboard too before that it will not available there too just a blank link
