• No Reward points on will not be offered for wallet loading transaction (MCC’s6539, 6540, 6541, 6542)
• Golf benefits on the below mentioned BOBCARDs will be discontinued:ETERNA, ETERNA FD, YODDHA, THE SENTINEL, and RAKSHAMAH
• 1% processing fees will be levied Wallet loading Transactions (MCC’s 6539, 6540,6541, 6542)
• 1% (Maximum Rs 3000 per transaction) Processing fee will be levied to Utilitytransactions (MCC 4900) where per transaction amount is Rs 50,000 or higher

If you look into the lounge, many many new lounges are added to the arsenal.

Earlier 14-20 lounges were shown for my premier card. From 1st, it would be 65 lounges. Which is nice, considering its spend criteria of 20k.

It Is pretty easily achievable for a quarter for now.

Even banglore terminal 1 arrival lounge Is included

I didn't get what you mean. I am not a new holder, just trying to figure out the best card to pay rent! I have been using RG on PZ via Bob Eterna x2. I also have Bob SD x2

Got charged with Wallet reloading fees for PayZapp transaction executed on 31st of December,2024. What should I do 😶

when you perform transaction is not matter in credit card world, applies to all banks not only bob. be it monthly limits or these fees etc. its all about "when that particular transaction got settled", this is the date you can see in your statement.

If you see this date in your statement as 31st DEC, then you have every right to complain but if that transaction got settled 2nd Jan (usually transactions settled in 2 working days) then charges will be applicable.

So, whats the date its showing and when it displaying those extra reloading fees?

My statement also got generated for this month having the same transaction posted (31st December,24 settlement date) also got the reward points accordingly ,but now I can see Wallet Loading Charges + GST got debited. I will raise a complaint to get this sorted.
