BOB CC Website confusion

Hey guys!

I want to apply for bob card but I am confused which of the following is correct website.

I also have savings acc in bob and by clicking apply cc from BOB WORLD app it takes me to this page and I have seen YouTube video to check the process but in many video and by searching on google I also finds another website
So which one is the right one to apply?

They didn't even show me cards .. I filled all details and then it showed sorry your are not eligible. I wish to appy for easy or select for which I am eligible as per their requirement 3.6lakhs or 4.8 lakhs as the card variant and my income 6 lakhs so ideally I am qualified for both easy and select

Your credit age ? And currently you have no credit card right?

Because I myself out 4.9L and my cibil was 781.

Currently oldest credit account active is a consumer loan 1.5 year

I think I should mail for reconsideration.. To whom should I mail customer care i.e crm Or grievance redressal?

I think that's the reason.
Previously whenever BOB proceed with card to card application they asked for atleast 1 year old credit card with equal or more than 60k limit.
For me my credit history is 4.9 years old and oldest card is 13 months old which has the exact same limit offered by Bob card.

May be that's the reason.

You can mail them and ask them about the issue, possible that they will reconsider about the application
