BOB Credit Card Application got Rejected without any Physical Verification

Mailed bob and they cited "negative field verification" as the reason. Mailed them again saying that nobody contacted for verification and they said that I did not pickup the call. What should I do?

Something similar happened with me. But I received the call that verification agent was coming for home verification. Then I called again and he said he would come after 2pm.

He never showed up. I tried calling and texting that number in whatsapp but no reply. This happened on 27th February.

My credit card application is still showing on process as on 3rd March.

I am going to lodge consumer complaint as well as rbi ombudsman if this becomes the reason for my application rejection.

Yes. Just today I received message that my card is approved. Can't get any card details yet. Let's see when it will dispatch.

Yup have bob account (made just 2 months back).

Office verification done. But I wasn't present.

Home verification not done as no one came after calling.
