BOB Credit Card Office Verification. Not present at location.

So, today I got a call for Bank of Baroda Credit Card Office Verification.

But I am currently in my home address. I told him the same. And also that I will be able to attend him after 1st March. Then he told me if any of my colleagues can attend him for the same. I told him since it's a hospital, my colleagues won't be able to attend him during working hours.

I told him that I can send him my ID (medical college ID) as a proof of my job. He told me to do the same and he will report the same and it's upto bank if they will send another representative after 1 march.

The agent did sound pretty nice. But am I going to face any problem due to not being present during office verification?

And should I do anything from my end to prevent any problem regarding this? Already did a lot of back and forth in email regarding documents. So, I don't want to get declined just for this. Lol!

Same case happend with me bob are vary care less they are not going to arrange any agent as per your choice. they will declined ,you must have arranged any pesron who could do verification with agent on your behlaf.Rest wait what happends?

yes for private bank like axis hdfc and no for bob but 0.1% chances

Yes. But recently opened few months before the credit card application.

Nah. Applied online but have the bank account details during application.

Also, I called that verification agent afterwards. He said that he put "positive" in his report and also attached my medical college id.

So, gotta wait.

Had the same thing and didnt face any issue. I mean my card was rejectdd initially but the reason wasnt this.

Depends on the agent, if he reports everything positive about you then this will not be the reason for your rejection.

Okay then let us what happens....

Luckily got sms that my credit card is approved. Also, my home verification wasn't even done. A guy called me that he was coming but never showed up. But that didn't cause any trouble.
