BOB Credit Card Rejected after Approval

Hello All,
This is my first post on Technofino.

I applied for BOB Credit Card recently, so during the application i was asked to choose card, i selected for BOB Premier and then shown that my card was approved with ₹1.55 Lakhs limit and then completed vKYC and after that application was completed.
But i didn't got any application no. or any reference no.
So i waited for a week for any update but not got any, so i wrote a formal complaint at crm@bobcard.com and next day i got a rejection message via sms.

So i need a guide from you guys to what to do now?

Contact your home branch, this happened with me (for my mother's application) as well and when I asked my BM about the same, he assisted me with the same even though BOB Card is a different division just like SBI Card, his efforts worked like a charm and we got the card without any hassle and with a few days of patience.

I don't have account in BOB, can i go to any branch for this?

At the time of submission of the application the limit is shown its only soft approvel not final approvel.So in this case you should write the email for reconsideration your application and ask if any documents required from your end, if they dont consider, ask the reason of rejection citing RBI guidelines.
