You are having the exact same issue as me. I had BOB Professional savings account (SC 194). This is their premium savings account for professionals and AQMB is on higher side like 50k or so. I had been facing this issue for like 1 year. Also, even their customer care IVR said my account no is invalid for on call verification.Its showing red color error lol in netbanking. Talked to BM, he's saying you need branch approval and form to get more than 2 cards 😬

Today I went to branch for applying visa sapphire dc. They weren't getting the option to apply this card (and also easemytrip) as their system said my account variant is ineligible for this. The staff was too surprised as Professional is their premium savings account.
I immediately changed my account variant from professional to super savings account type. The staff did it immediately after I filled and submitted one consent form. As soon as the conversion was done, my app error vanished and I was able to see the list of debit cards available for application.
So, the solution for such errors is to change your account type. Those errors would still be there in app/net banking unless you change your account type.
Surprisingly, virtual card details are still not showing it on the app for me, as opposed to others who applied here
